• Government-issued identification (unless explicitly triggered by our AML/KYC compliance thresholds).

3. Data We Do Collect

In order to facilitate your cryptocurrency swaps and provide customer support, we collect the absolute minimum data required:

• Email Addresses: Used strictly to provide you with transaction receipts, status updates, and a way to track your swaps via our tracking page.
• Wallet Addresses: The destination wallet addresses you provide so we know where to send your funds.
• Transaction Hashes (TxID): The blockchain IDs you submit to prove you have sent funds to our deposit addresses.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your email address and wallet data are used exclusively to process your specific exchange request, automate the payout via our liquidity partners (such as NOWPayments), and assist you in the event of a customer support inquiry. We do not use your email address for unsolicited marketing, nor do we sell your data to third-party brokers.

5. Blockchain Transparency

Please note that due to the inherent nature of cryptocurrency, blockchain networks are public ledgers. While Fx Heritage does not publicly associate your email address with your wallet, the transactions themselves (amounts sent, receiving wallets, and transaction hashes) are permanently recorded and visible on public blockchain explorers. This is outside of Fx Heritage's control.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect our database. Because we do not store private keys or user passwords, the risk of catastrophic data breaches affecting your personal assets is entirely eliminated.
